Now Anne doesn't arrive to work in a cherry-red Ferrari, but she's got the charm and smile—big time. She's also got some serious investigative skills to make sure only the best of the best become Oneupwebers. Anne joined Oneupweb in January, 2006, and is responsible for managing benefits, recruitment, compensation and staffing. She implemented a yearly appraisal system for all employees as well as a 30 and 90-day "check-in" for new hires—ensuring a seamless transition into the company. She holds a B.A. in business administration from Ferris State University and is a big believer in career development and the power of continued education.
