"I can't live without cured meat snacks and Mountain Dew."

So Dave was playing pinball the other day and flubbed a shot and screamed at the top of his lungs: "I've got no skills!" But the truth is: Dave's got mad skills—not in arcade games, maybe, but in the equally fast-paced digital marketing game. After joining Oneupweb in 2001, Dave skillfully managed the transformation of the fledgling natural search department into the industry leader it is today. He then oversaw the natural and paid search project management teams for several years and drove them to new heights in performance for Oneupweb's clients—some of these include Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Meijer Stores, Banfield Pet Hospitals, Verlo Mattress Factory, Davita Dialysis Centers, Discount Tire Centers, LasikPlus Vision Centers and Spring-Green Lawn Care.

Dave's current role is the leader of the Oneupweb Website Development Services team. His presence helps to ensure that client websites make great first impressions, grow business and are search engine friendly.

He continues to serve as a key player in research and development of new technology and helps define internal processes related to search marketing. But Dave's not all business. He's Mr. Joie de Vivre—the go-to guy if you need a big smile, a witty one-liner or a Running Man dance performance. Dave graduated from Western Michigan University and he worked as a teacher prior to Oneupweb—which is fitting since he teaches all of us the importance of being full of skill and full of life.
