Graphic Designer

Oneupweb, an integrated online marketing firm located on the shores of West Grand Traverse Bay, is seeking talented, experienced graphic designers who possess the ability to listen, absorb and conceptualize ideas that can be transformed into powerful marketing tools. Individuals will be working with an innovative and seasoned marketing and design team producing a plethora of creative materials and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Two to three years of professional design experience
• Bachelors Degree (preferably in the design field)
• In-depth knowledge and extreme proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash; web coding a plus
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously with a willingness to work the extra hours when necessary
• Exceptional execution, attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Flexibility and willingness to collaborate with the marketing team
• Strong communication skills
• Possess a competitive creative edge and the ability to conceptualize the bigger picture

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enhancements to the existing company website
• Work with the marketing team to develop new on- and offline media campaigns
• Develop rough concepts into fine-tuned marketing pieces (flash banners, landing pages, websites, email marketing campaigns and other promotional material)
• Website updates and maintenance
