Oneupweb Has Two Finalists for Stevie® Awards—Women in Business℠

Oneupweb’s CEO Lisa Wehr, and Director of Sales and Marketing Carly Wujcik were just announced as Stevie Awards for Women in Business finalists.

(TRAVERSE CITY, MI) – The Stevie Awards for Women in Business received more than 1,300 entries—a breaking record for the competition—and of the selected to go on to the next round are two from Traverse City-based digital marketing agency, Oneupweb: CEO Lisa Wehr and Director of Sales and Marketing, Carly Wujcik. This past July Oneupweb was honored with a Stevie Award in the 9th Annual American Business Awards for their philanthropic documentary Step & Close™.

“The Stevies are always a big deal,” explains Oneupweb Founder and CEO, Lisa Wehr. “This time is different though. One of my employees [Carly Wujcik] is up for an award as well; my excitement is definitely increased because she’s so deserving of recognition.”

Wehr is a finalist for “Best Entrepreneur – Service Businesses – Up to 100 Employees – Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations” and Wujcik is in the running for “Best Executive – Service Businesses – Up to 100 Employees – Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations”—Stevie winners will be announced on November 11, so both Wehr and Wujcik are anxiously waiting as the judges make their decisions.

Finalists for The Stevie Awards for Women in Business consist of high level business executives, marketing experts and successful entrepreneurs from organizations and companies all over the world. Although Oneupweb is located in northern Michigan, Wehr and Wujcik are competing with powerful business women located in Toronto, New York, London, Los Angeles, etc.
