Mad with Ads? We need a Paid Media Project Manager

Oneupweb is looking for an internet-savvy, paid media project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to think strategically, analyze data and provide recommendations for growth.  You must be comfortable consulting with decision-makers of businesses both large and small, and be comfortable consistently working with members of our content/SEO, development, design and account teams to ensure client goals are being met.


  • Write engaging ads within the length limitations of Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing Ads, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Developing marketing strategies based on information supplied by clients, industry sources and colleagues
  • Responsible for budget allocation and planning
  • Understand and manage creative campaigns to improve ad performance and CTRs
  • Work with Designers and/or Developers to provide recommendations to optimize landing pages for optimum quality scores
  • Ensure tracking is in place to monitor campaigns
  • Analyzing data using Google Analytics


  • Ability to meet deadlines and to write effective copy in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical, data-driven with a strong background in problem solving strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to think strategically on behalf of clients based on demographics, competition and industry on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the advanced functions within it, up to and including the use of macros, conditional formatting and pivot tables
  • Ability to work independently as well as in groups
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Top-notch project management and presentation skills
  • Google AdWords & Analytics Certification preferred
