As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of project setup, ensuring a consistent client experience and uncovering opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, you’ll be the key support in building relationships, interpreting data and disseminating information across project teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and trust with the Account Management team and client project teams to become a reliable resource for assistance.
  • Grow your knowledge base of digital marketing and develop a solid understanding of all the services Oneupweb offers, including how they work together and how we use them to achieve clients’ goals.
  • Assist with setup, quality assurance and tracking of client deliverables across departments, with attention to deadlines.
  • Strengthen your Account Management skills, such as client communication, problem-solving, teamwork and organization.
  • Pull and interpret various reports related to time tracking and other monthly/bi-monthly recurring tasks.
  • Support sales efforts by setting meetings and updating presentations, cost templates and proposal templates.
  • Attend requested internal and client-facing meetings. Assist with meeting preparation and recap notes with action items, client follow-ups and dissemination of information across teams.
  • Achieve an advanced level of administrative task management in our internal CRM and our proprietary content calendar application.
  • Assist the Account Management and project teams in identifying opportunities for upselling current clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of various digital marketing platforms (including digital, social, paid and email)
  • Self-starter who can take the initiative to independently move tasks forward, prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 preferred (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive).
  • Interest in process creation and continuous improvement.
  • Assertive, goal-oriented, hardworking and self-motivated.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and ability to take ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines with outstanding organizational skills and a drive for results.
