Oneupweb performed a website assessment and engaged with Lara in a robust brand voice/tone exercise to better understand the current state and future of the FEED brand.
The website assessment and brand analysis was important to understand the right tone for the new website. FEED is a brand that uses enthusiasm, optimism and positivity in helping guide client eating choices. For FEED, removing judgment and negativity was seen as being essential to helping potential new clients to feel comfortable and to foster the successful improvement in eating behavior. It was critical we bring this same pathos to life on the web. As a registered dietician, Lara brought a high level of authority to her work. Although the site was bright, positive, fun and colorful, it was also essential that the site communicate her professional credentials.
Lara was able to gain new clients using her website. It effectively communicated healthy eating choices in a way that prospects felt comfortable and they trusted her expertise. Her company continues to grow, and she now has a website that in on brand and matches her professionalism.
To help communicate Lara’s credentials and the no-judgment approach to healthy eating, we created a 90-second animated video that brings FEED to life in a highly visual way. We found the balance between professional authority and fun, approachable eating behaviors of children and parents.
