Account Manager of Client Services

If you have you been a key contributor to a branding or marketing success story and possess the drive and determination to do it again, then talk to us. We are looking for an experienced professional who has a passion for digital marketing. The Account Manager of Client Services is responsible for developing integral relationships with new and existing clients with involvement in all phases of the client campaign cycle.

The perfect candidate must have a strong agency background with the ability to demonstrate a “big picture” understanding of a client’s marketing strategy. Candidates must also be able to define a client’s long-term objectives and goals while responding strategically to shifts in their goals. Working closely with the project managers assigned to the account, this position is the lead client contact overseeing multiple accounts and primarily responsible for overall client communication and satisfaction.

You must possess the drive and desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with the initiative to introduce and/or recommend new services to both new and existing clients. Your ability to think fast – creatively – is unmatched.


  • At least three years in an agency environment with a strong focus on sales and account management
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of key development areas of marketing, technology and digital advertising
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak to both marketing and sales business segments
  • Ability to lead and guide the development of overall client objectives, ongoing strategic direction and revenue growth of multiple accounts
  • Anticipate client questions and concerns with definite solutions and answers
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in communication, marketing or equivalent years of work experience

Interactive Graphic Designer

If you’re an experienced graphic designer with national award-winning potential, and are looking to blend your talents with a dynamic creative team, then we’d like to hear from you. We are seeking a highly artistic, creative and talented web/print designer to be part of our new interactive design division working closely with both new and existing clients. You must be an Adobe Creative Suite master with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Flash animation; coding and ActionScript experience is a bonus. This position requires the conception and creation of compelling, original interactive and non-interactive designs, along with the ability to work well within a highly diverse and creative team.


  • A strong artistic and visual eye for design, applicable to both print and web based projects.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • At least 2 years branding, print production and prepress experience.
  • Solid understanding of designing for the web, including its limitations and challenges.

Bonus Skills:

  • An understanding of, and/or the ability to write standards compliant CSS, (X)HTML, JavaScript and PHP.
  • ActionScripting 3.0.
  • Video production and editing.
  • Studio photography experience.

We are seeking an individual who can wear a hard hat one day and a Boy Scout uniform the next. Must have a “take charge” personality and be willing to do whatever it takes to make the company engine operate like a well-oiled machine.

We are digital marketing agency located in Traverse City and we are looking for “just the right” person that will be a strong support to both our Account Management and Paid Media teams. From sitting in on client calls to developing keywords, we need someone who is able to keep us on track with all the moving pieces of a campaign. Here are a few key skills that you must possess for this position:

  • Both oral and written communication skills must be top notch
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Solid time management skills
  • Typing speed is at the level where you brag about it on Facebook
  • Comfortable with numbers, data input and scheduling meetings/calls
  • Highly proficient with Excel and Microsoft Outlook
