What’s your average day like at Oneupweb?

Catching up on my inbox. Checking in on client needs and making sure they’re happy. Making sure projects are on track. Creating the best-possible environment for the employees and best processes to support them in that pursuit.

Tell us about a favorite client moment.

It’s hard to pick one, but in general, one of my favorite times is when projects fall off the rails and we’re able to stop, come together as a team and work together to get back on track. It’s so easy to get frustrated in moments like these, but when you can take the time to engage, those moments do more than just get projects back on track – they validate and reinforce relationships.

Tell us about a favorite Oneupweb moment in general.

The day the boiler room caught fire after we lost power to our whole building… literally putting out fires on the job!  There’s more to this story, so for those inclined to find out more, reach out to me. It’s a good story.

What’s your favorite blog and why?

Huffington Post, although as of late, it’s been getting toooooo TMZ-ish.

Good Food. Great cooking show from LA-native Evan Kleiman, and it reminds me of my home town.

What makes Traverse City appealing?

It’s amazing, first of all. Traverse City is a perfect dichotomy of what is happening all over our country, where on one side, you have a culture and population that very much embraces the old craft ways of doing things, and on the other hand, one that’s trying to grow into a larger, more sophisticated metropolis.
