Kimberly Savoie

Since graduating from Saint Mary’s College, IN, with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration, I have built a career at the intersection of data and strategy. After eight years of specializing in web design and SEO, I transitioned into entrepreneurship, where I have successfully operated for the last six years. I am a data-driven leader who thrives on translating complex analytics into informed decisions across every facet of an organization.

What’s your average day like at Oneupweb?

First things first, I drink coffee, as I look through my inbox and catch up on client questions or inquiries that may have come through since the previous day. As a Local Account Manager, I assist internally and externally with client outreach and support, while also providing guidance and structure to our internal team as needed. What I enjoy most about my day is managing and organizing communications and projects. I love to make my clients and teammates lives easier!

What is your best trait, and how do you use it to help your colleagues and clients?

I’m a team player who is eager to help where needed. I find joy in helping others, which makes my job feel natural and fulfilling, as that’s what most days are comprised of.

What do you like most about Oneupweb?

The kind and genuine people – simple as that. There’s not one person at Oneupweb who wouldn’t jump to help if needed, and everyone always hypes each other up and celebrates everyone’s wins – no matter how small.

What do you do when you’re not at work?

I love a good hike, no matter the time of year, with my husband and Bernese Mountain Dog, Millie. Outside of that, you’ll find me on the field! I love running, volleyball, paddleboarding, and pickleball. I enjoy moving my body, and it’s a bonus if I get to be outside.

What are life’s simple pleasures?

A good belly laugh, a delicious cup of coffee, and the sunrise on a quiet morning

Describe yourself in three words?

Driven, consistent, life-long learner – counting that as one word!
