Oneupweb began working with Bio Bidet, a luxury bidet company, in September 2020 to support paid media and search engine optimization (SEO). The COVID-19 pandemic brought on an 845% increase in toilet paper sales. For a bidet company, this provided an opportunity to engage a new audience.

The Problem

Bidets rushed to the forefront of many consumers’ minds after the great toilet paper shortage of early 2020. Consumers were looking for alternatives, and Bio Bidet needed to remain competitive in the bidet market.

Bio Bidet is a leader in the bidet industry, and they manufacture some of the highest quality bidets on the market. However, their SEO practices did not reflect the quality of their products. They were ranking on page three or four in Google search results for several core keywords.

They currently rank on page one in Google search results for numerous high-volume search queries, including “bidet,” for which they are currently ranking in position number two. Their paid media campaigns are also performing well, drawing in far more transactions and website visitors than before.

SEO results:

  • After three months of work, organic sessions and revenue nearly doubled YOY.
  • Organic monthly blog sessions doubled in the seven months since Oneupweb started producing Bio Bidet’s blogs (September 2020 to April 2021).

Paid media results:

  • After three months of work, paid transactions increased 60% and revenue increased 90% YOY.
  • There was a 17% increase in paid transactions in Q1 2021 vs. Q4 2020.
  • There was a 20% increase in paid website sessions during the same period.
